We Provide 3 months warranty for all Electronic Product like Hoverboard, Ride on Toys, Headphone,E-scooter, Electronic Tool,Jump Starter and so on. However, Physical damage and water damaged will not be covered by warranty. Warranty start from the first you receive product.We ensure that all of our items are brand new and in excellent condition prior to shipping.

Toytexx reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a defect that is covered by the warranty.  Toytexx DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Toytexx holds the right to refuse Warranty claims on products DAMAGED by User. Meaning if the product is  in a damaged ( scratched or Cracked condition) , Toytexx Holds the right to refuse Warranty work which includes Repairs and Exchanges. The Decision to repair, exchange or repair the purchased Product is completely in the right of Toytexx

Warranty Shipping charges

Buyer can either bring item back to out store or send to back by mail

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service(like UPS,Canada post) and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buyer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.

Following documents must be included in returned package

 -  Original purchase invoice

 -  ALL product accessories Include Manual

 - Issue with product
