Return&Refund Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at help@toytexx.com  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassemabled, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can offer exchange or refund  for the product is Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Unopened box.

 

Restocking fees 

-A restocking fee of 10%may apply for product that is unopened

-A restocking fee of 10%may apply for product that is opened but unused.

-A restocking fee of 20% may apply for product that is opened and used.

-A restocking fee of 30% may apply for product returned without packaging.

-Restocking fees are applicable to product price before shipping & tax.

 

Return Shipping charges

 -Buyer can either bring item back to out store or send to back by mail

 -Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the case of not satisfaction and changing mind

 -Toytexx is responsible for shipping costs for the case of Defective,Damaged and Incorrect product. 

 -If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service(like UPS,Canada post) and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 -Buyer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.

 

Following documents must be included in returned package

 -  Original packaging

 -  Original purchase invoice

 -  ALL product accessories Include Manual

 

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Usually takes 3-4 business day 

 

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation before shipment: Subject to 3% merchant processing fees. You could contact us via Emails to have the order cancelled immediately. Indicating the order details, such as the order number, order name, and shipping Information, it will help us to locate your order immediately and cancel it in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary troubles.

If your order has already shipped, we are not able to cancel the order and the shipping is not refundable. 

If your order has already shipped and the package return back to us due to incomplete, wrong address, receiver not pick up package,  3% merchant processing fees will apply to refund  and the shipping is not refundable.
